Three Hours from London (June 2013) documents a personal journey through Tanworth-in-Arden, a small town in Warwickshire, England, and adjacent regions.
The quiet and friendly town was home to enigmatic folk musician Nick Drake during his tragically brief life from 1948 to 1974.
These images attempt to bridge the chasm created by Drake's serene lyrics of season and location and my own physical presence separated by decades.
Although my visit was recent and filled with vibrant encounters, this region of the English countryside is portrayed as frozen in time in honor of Nick Drake and the haunted bond between myself and a man who has deeply influenced me.
